“My junior suite offered a comfortable base for my stay, even if the sofa proved a touch firm. The breakfast spread was impressive, served by genuinely helpful staff, and the location proved invaluable for navigating the city and accessing Heathrow. I did find the £50 per night incidental deposit rather steep, particularly given the delayed return for non-UK nationals.”
